Privacy Notice Under Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Article 13 of the “EU Regulation 2016/679” (commonly known as the GDPR) requires us to inform you about the key aspects of how we handle your data.

Since Digitronica.IT S.r.l. (referred to as “Digitronica”) is fully committed to complying with the GDPR, we are providing you with information about the type of data we collect, the purposes and methods of processing, and the extent of any potential sharing or dissemination of your data.

According to the above-mentioned regulation, Digitronica ensures that the processing of data respects your fundamental rights and freedoms.

This privacy notice applies to all data collected by Digitronica through our website, www.digitronica.it.

About this privacy notice, here are some useful definitions:

data”: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is someone who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

Data Processor”: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website collect some data as part of their normal operations. The transmission of such data is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Consequently, by merely visiting the website, Digitronica acquires information and data related to the user.

2. Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data
We may collect information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, name, company, and email address.

We use personal data for the following purposes:

2.1 To allow navigation through the public pages of our website, where only IP addresses are processed.

2.2 To monitor the website’s performance, where only IP addresses are processed.

2.3 To respond to inquiries received via the email addresses listed on the site. In this case, we may process information like your name, surname, address, postal code, city, province, phone number, fax, and email.

2.4 To respond to requests submitted through the contact form on our website.

2.5 For direct marketing purposes, such as promoting and selling products and services, conducting surveys, and market research, through traditional methods (e.g., postal mail, phone calls) and automated communication tools (e.g., pre-recorded calls, emails, faxes, SMS, MMS, apps).

By using this site, visitors and users explicitly agree to this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their data for the purposes outlined in points 2.1 and 2.2. In these cases, the legal basis for processing is the user’s consent.

3. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

The data we process may be shared with companies, organisations, and individuals designated by the Data Controller for the purposes outlined in Section 2. This includes freelancers and consultants, website managers, hosting service providers, entities within our group, and, for the sole purpose of managing and protecting credit, credit institutions, debt collection agencies, and professionals.
All data sharing will be conducted in strict compliance with the purposes described above. You can request a list of these data processors from the Data Controller using the contact details provided in Section 1.
Data may be disclosed also to third parties to meet legal obligations, respond to requests from authorised public authorities or to assert or defend legal rights.

4. Retention period for data

Data collected for the purposes outlined in sections 2.1 and 2.2 will not be retained for longer than necessary to fulfil these purposes.

For the purposes described in sections 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5, data will be retained for up to two years or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. In any case, data will not be kept for more than three months after consent is revoked.

After this period, data may be retained for an additional ten years solely for legal reasons.

Data processing will be carried out using automated methods and tools designed to ensure the highest level of security and confidentiality by the Data Controller and authorised personnel in compliance with EU regulations. Our services are available only to individuals legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable national law.  The Data Controller may implement preventive measures to prevent unauthorised access, such as verifying tax codes and conducting other necessary checks.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Users and visitors of the site have the right to access their data at any time and exercise other rights under the GDPR by contacting the details provided in section 1.

Specifically, they have the right to:

  1. a) Obtain confirmation of whether or not data concerning them exists, even if not yet recorded, and receive it in an intelligible form.
  2. b) Receive information about the origin of their data; the purposes and methods of the processing; the logic applied in case of automated processing; the identity of the Data Controller and any data processors; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom their data may be disclosed or who may have access to it as data processors or authorised persons.
  3. c) Obtain updates, corrections, or, if needed, integration of their data; deletion, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; confirmation that the actions described in letters a) and b) have been communicated to those to whom the data has been disclosed or disseminated unless this proves impossible or requires a disproportionate effort.
  4. d) Object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; and to object to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes, market research, or commercial communication.

  6. f) Withdraw their consent at any time.
  7. g) File a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
